Overview

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Final Sale Items

All vending machines, equipment, and related products are considered final sale and non-refundable once an order has been placed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Vending machines

  • Custom or special-order equipment

  • Freight or large-item shipments

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered production or shipping.

Once an order has been processed, prepared, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
